The dataset contains data from a randomised controlled trial study which aimed to provide an evaluation of a smartphone app-based wellbeing intervention. The data comprise participant demographics and questionnaire responses supplied at the pre-, post- and follow-up phases of the study and geolocation data returned by the app as the participants entered areas designated as urban green spaces.
