All samples were extracted using solid-phase extraction methods at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. Extracts were then transported to the University of Leeds for chemical analysis using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Analytical procedures followed adapted methods from Singh et al. (2019) to ensure comparability and reliability. Quality control measures—including method blanks, matrix spikes, and replicate analyses—were applied throughout to ensure data integrity."
