The average is calculated over the previous hour, e.g. the value for 2 p.m. is the average of the data between 1 and 2 p.m., excluding the data measured at 1 p.m., including the data measured at 2 p.m. \nData has been checked visually and any obvious errors introduced by hardware malfunctioning have been removed. Data before and after deployment was removed, along with 30 to 60 min of data immediately after deployment when the sensor settled to the new environment. Hourly data were removed if less than seven measurements were available to calculate the hourly average.
