DS (x 10^6m^3) Dead storage Also included in the rule curve data are associated reservoir rationing ratios that can be applied to gross demand when rationing is also indicated. When rationing is triggered, the reservoir release towards the demand is capped at RR * D, where RR is the rationing ratio and D is the gross demand for the period."
