Samples were collected from two peatland catchments in northern Scotland, UK, that had recently experienced wildfires: one on the Isle of Lewis and one in the Flow Country. At each location, three streams draining burnt peatland and one unburnt control site were sampled. The coordinates of the sampling sites are provided in the data file.
