dcterms:description "This dataset contains measurements of dissolved radiocarbon and carbon-13 isotopes for carbon dioxide, methane, inorganic carbon and organic carbon, together with particulate organic carbon samples collected from peatland streams. Samples were collected from two peatland catchments in northern Scotland, UK, that had recently experienced wildfires: one on the Isle of Lewis and one in the Flow Country. At each location, three streams draining burnt peatland and one unburnt control site were sampled. The coordinates of the sampling sites are provided in the data file. The data were collected to investigate how wildfire affects the sources, forms and movement of carbon in peatland stream systems." ;
