plate, lobula, ventral lobula, accessory medulla, antennal lobe and anterior optic tubercule) and the central brain volume. \n\nThis dataset was created to examine how sensory environments shape Fixed samples were then stained with Anti-SYNORF as a primary antibody, cy2 as a secondary antibody, and imaged using confocal microscopy. \n\nThe resulting images, which highlight boundaries between brain regions, were then segmented using AMIRA software to quantify neuropil volumes.
