Peatland carbon cycling data includes measures of litter decomposition (expressed as % initial litter mass remaining), dissolved organic carbon concentration ([DOC]) (mg/l), methane (CH4) fluxes, net ecosystem exchange (NEE), photosynthesis and ecosystem respiration (CO2-C m-2 hr-1). Physical parameters measured included belowground temperature (to a depth of 5 cm) from April 2011 to June 2012 and soil moisture content from May 2011 to April 2013."
