The data are derived by calculating catchment averages from a range of national products, all of which have been through their own quality assurance procedures. \n\nFor all datasets we have highlighted the key uncertainties and limitations of the underlying source data products and any methods used to derive the catchment attributes. \n\nThis dataset is intended for the community as a freely available, easily accessible dataset to use in a wide range of environmental data and modelling analyses. \n\nIn response to reviewer comments on the accompanying CAMELS-GB v2 data paper in Earth System Science Datasets, some minor changes were made to the dataset. The dataset was updated on 6th May 2026 and includes new data in two of the attribute files and changes how missing values are represented in one of the attribute files so it is consistent across the dataset.  The changes affect three files:\nCAMELS_GB_v2_climatic_attributes.csv - NA values are changed to NaN so they are consistent with the rest of the dataset.\nCAMELS_GB_v2_groundwaterwell_attributes.csv - two new columns of data have been added describing the latitude and longitude of each groundwater well.\nCAMELS_GB_v2_ hydrometry_attributes.csv - four new columns of data have been added describing the quality of the flow data collected at each station (station_quality_pooling, station_quality_qmed, station_quality_hourlyflow_issues,
