Images were analysed by an AI processor and further investigated by an image analyst. Location-specific data was acquired via QGIS and land cover maps. The resource comprises three CSV files: `Mammal_CamTrap_Data.csv`, `Avian_CamTrap_Data.csv` and `Study_Site_Data.csv`. The mammal and avian files contain post-processed observations which identify the species and number of individuals. The study-site file provides camera locations and environmental variables, including elevation, land cover and distances from key habitat features. The dataset provides information on the occurrence and abundance of birds and mammals detected by camera traps across an urban riparian corridor in Glasgow. It is hoped to be of use for analysing patterns of urban biodiversity and evidencing the value of riparian corridors for providing connectivity within cities.
