The data presented were sampled between 1946 and 2012 from Windermere, a lake in northern England. The data were collected by the Freshwater Biological Association (FBA) and then by the Centre for Ecology & Hydrology and its predecessor Institute of Freshwater Ecology (IFE). The files available in this series were used in Ohlberger et al. (2014) Proceedings of the Royal Society B (When phenology matters: Age-size truncation alters population response to trophic mismatch)." ;
