Inconsistencies in documentation in both the types of investments as well as the implementing agencies proved a major challenge to collecting accurate data, particularly of spatial data on the location of communities that received investments. The finest spatial resolution of the investments was recorded at the fokontany-scale. While we did document a total of 629 investments, only 553 of those investments could be mapped to the containing fokontany. The remaining 76 where mapped to the containing commune.
