Further information and help »

A set of ~72000 summaries of mainland GB peak daily rainfall data describing widespread rainfall events as modelled using UKCP18 meteorological data (using a convection permitting model) based on RCP8.5 for 12 members of a perturbed parameter ensemble. ~34000 come directly from the CPM outputs, and a further 36000 (1000 events per ensemble member per time period) generated using an Empirical Beta Copula approach. This was generated for three periods: December 1980 to November 2000, December 2020 to November 2040 and December 2060-November 2080, to examine changes in widespread rainfall events over time due to climate change.
