Integrated species modelling method

This repository hosts functions to simulate structured and unstructured data and to run species distribution models on these to evaluate under which scenarios integrated perform better than individual dataset models. Three integrated models are tested - joint likelihood, informed prior and correlation following Pacifici et al (2017).
