Can net greenhouse gas emissions be reduced whilst maintaining yield? ASSIST 2019
This dataset is currently being generated
Skyline GHG measurements of soil microclimate, soil chemistry and plant biomass. Exploring the reduction of fertiliser application, in combination with clover undersowing and organic matter amendment, in reducing N2O emissions from winter wheat.
NB: This dataset is currently being QC’d and is expected to become available in Q4 2021.
Data acquisition was funded by the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) under research programme NE/N018125/1 ASSIST – Achieving Sustainable Agricultural Systems www.assist.ceh.ac.uk. ASSIST is an initiative jointly supported by NERC and the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC).
