Automated measurements of water level and temperature at half-hourly intervals spanning parts of 2018, 2019 and 2020, from seven wetland sites in the Pastaza-Marañón Basin, Amazonian Peru.

Provenance & quality
Data on water table height and temperature were generated using automated sensors installed in dipwells. The dipwells were installed in seven locations and revisited annually to download data and service the sensors. The data have been corrected for barometric pressure variations using nearby air pressure loggers.
