Ecological data and ecosystem services model output data from a South Midlands study area by the Fragments, Flows and Urban Ecosystem Services (F3UES) project
This data collection consists of ecological data and ecosystem services model output data from the Fragments, Flows and Urban Ecosystem Services (F3UES) project. The F3UES project was a research study looking at how the biodiversity of towns and cities contributes to human well-being. F3UES ran from 2012 to 2017, and research was carried out by Cranfield University, The University of Sheffield, The University of Exeter, and the British Trust for Ornithology, along with a range of partner organisations. The data collected include biodiversity surveys and ecosystem service model output maps.
The F3UES project was part of the Biodiversity and Ecosystem Service Sustainability (BESS) initiative, which was a six-year programme (2011-2017) funded by the UK Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) as part of the UK's Living with Environmental Change (LWEC) programme.
