This dataset contains genotypes (in three digit-format) for unique clones of the freshwater bryozoan species Cristatella mucedo and Fredericella sultana at microsatellite loci and representing sampling sites across the UK. Cristatella mucedo data additionally covers Northern Ireland.

Provenance & quality
Data has been generated using Sanger ABI-Prism 3130XL Genetic Analyzer and calling in base pairs (bp) the microsatellite fragments targeted via PCR amplification. The sequencing has been carried out at the core lab facility at the Natural History Museum of London (UK).
