Molecular analyses of soils and epilithon samples from the Tamar catchment
These datasets are the results of a suite of molecular analyses in epilithon and soil samples collected from the Tamar catchment in winter 2013. Data represented for soil eukaryotes, soil bacteria, epilithon bacteria and epilithon eukaryotes. the sample location data for soil and water samples are also included in this series.
